Can anyone offer some help.
We live in a newly constructed condo. We payed for gshp and are distressed. I could not recommend getting gshp to anyone given our current experience. The noise from the unit that pumps from underground is horrible and is in a shed attached to the condo right outside our bedroom. These systems are marketed as quiet. This is far from true. When it kicks on, quite often, the vibrating chug is very loud, especially at night when it is quieter with no ambient sound. Of course this is very bad because that is when we are trying to sleep. Can anyone give me advise. Our motor has burned out once already and been replaced by the builder. The noise is still disturbing even with the replaced motor and new team working to get everything corrected. Would some mistake in the original calculations, installation or in the loop cause these problems and noise factor?

Hello,You say that in the last eaplxme the alarm-Logs are set to local0.emergency using the template “$DATE $HOST…”According to RFC3164, “The Priority value is calculated by first multiplying the Facility number by 8 and then adding the numerical value of the Severity.”So your would mean facility 18, which is local2 and not local0 – what am I missing?Cheers, Alex

Green is the way forward... we have recently installed Radflek reflectors in our house. Basically these are foil sheets that are positioned behind our radiators. They reflect the heat into the room rather than the heat from the back of the radiator heating the wall! Very simply idea but seem to really work to be honest. I bought some here. Good service, first time I have used this website..
